Commercial Service Plus services are provided by your Ford Motor Company Dealer or other national vendors. Your drivers incur no out-of-pocket expenses at their point of service.
Car and Light Truck Maintenance Management Program.
1. Vehicle engineering and equipment specification advice and consultation (through your dealer).
2. Vehicle identification advice and assistance.
3. Preventative maintenance schedules and reminders based on usage and mileage.
4. Cost control and management of all maintenance and repair at point of sale
5. Fleet evaluation reports.
6. Access to Ford Dealer and National Account Service outlets
7. Replacement vehicle assitance
8. Warranty recovery assistance.
Medium and heavy Truck Maintenance Management Program (F-550 and up / 16,001 GVWR and Higher)
Includes all the features of the Car and Light Truck Program, plus Pre-scheduled, pro-active maintenance managed by Commercial Service Plus program headquarters.
You Manage Your Business, We'll Manage Your Fleet.
Two Ways to Pay:
"Pay As You Go" - Pay for maintenance or service as it is incurred. The amount is added to the Commercial Service Plus monthly combined invoice.
"Guaranteed/Prepaid" - All maintenance or service is included in the Commercial Service Plus monthly charge and is "guaranteed" not to increase over the term of the service agreement
